Lightly cured to our special recipe, then allowed to mature, this joint can be roasted or boiled, and makes a fantastic centre piece to hot meal, a buffet, or to carve slices from for the week ahead. Our mild cured ham is lightly smoked over smouldering oak sawdust for a fine flavour.
