Description
This comes to you uncooked, based on an age old recipe similar to the 'Bradenham Ham'. This is a raw ham from Yorkshire pigs and cured with the addition of molasses and spices to give this a wonderful flavour with a slightly sweet finish. This looks fantastic when it is carved on the dinner table.
