Great Yorkshire Ham

Lishman’s Great Yorkshire Hams are created using a traditional curing method practised for many years. We have adapted the recipe to suit more modern tastes which now prefer hams to be mild and less salty than in days gone by. Using our local pigs from Yorkshire farms, we guarantee the provenance of each and every product. They make a fantastic centrepiece to the dining table for any large family gatherings. This is our most popular ham.

Please allow 150g cooked ham per serving or 250g ready to cook boneless or 300g ready to cook on the bone per serving.
