Electric Mincer

The electric mincer, used on the BBC TV series ‘Chop Idol’ which can easily grind meat to the perfect texture for sausage production, terrines and pates and any minced products.It will mince with ease Pork, Game, Lamb, Beef or Venison, & is supplied with two nozzle attachments so you can also use it for Sausage Making . Mincing through a fine plate it will also produce a smooth texture for Paté. It will mince 20lbs of meat in approximately 10-15 minutes.
