After overwhelming demand from former students, fanatical about sausage making, we introduce a brand new course for 2012. Proud creators of the official Yorkshire Sausage, this is a subject very close to David’s heart.

Learn how the core elements of the traditional English breakfast make their way from the farm to your plate. Become master of your own sausage making technique and taste the impact of different seasonings and meat blends.

Under the gentle and enthusiastic guidance of David Lishman, become confident in the processes involved in curing, bacon, pancetta and everything in between.
