  •  The various cuts of lamb
  • How to cut it up into useable joints and products.
  • How to make Kofta's
     
What you can expect:
  •   A maximum of 8 people. David Lishman will teach you how to break down a full lamb.
  • Make your very own Merguez sausages
  • Tasters of the products and complimentary wine during the session
  • A fun, educational and light hearted afternoon.
     
You will take home:
  • Meat which you have prepared, valued at approx £30 
  • A booklet of recipes and tips of how to prepare lamb
