All our Yorkshire hams are cured on the premises utilising traditional methods evocative of a bygone era, then allowed to mature naturally. This develops a much greater depth of flavour and improved eating quality.
Our hams are moist - but never wet - with a mild, distinctive flavour. Firm, yet succulent, they are ideal for boiling, roasting or as gammon rashers. And they really do look as good as they taste.
