There's bacon – and then there's traditional dry-cured Yorkshire bacon from Lishman's of Ilkley.
This is real old-fashioned bacon, produced to our own special recipe, cured on the premises, then allowed to mature.
The use of salt and sugar produces a superb texture and taste, ensuring a much fuller flavour and a drier, vastly improved eating quality.
